This notice is being prepared for launch. The operator, contact address and retention period still need approval. Hosted waitlist collection stays closed until those details and security checks are configured.
This notice covers the Mockdrop launch waitlist, not a studio account. Joining does not create an account, grant portal access or charge you.
Who looks after your information
The operator’s legal name will be published here before the waitlist opens.
A monitored contact address will be published here before we collect real signups.
What we collect and why
- Your email address, when you joined, the form source and the version of the consent wording you accepted.
- A short-lived, protected identifier derived from your network address, plus request counts, to limit repeated submissions. The waitlist database does not store your raw network address.
- Cloudflare may process network and browser information to host the site and run the security check.
We use your email with your consent only for Mockdrop launch and early-access updates. The checkbox is optional to leave unticked, but we cannot add you to an email waitlist without that permission. We use limited security information to protect the form against abuse.
Storage and access
Hosted waitlist entries are stored in our Cloudflare database and are available only to authorised Mockdrop administrators and the service providers needed to operate the waitlist. We do not sell the list. This form does not send a confirmation email or start an email campaign.
Cloudflare may process information internationally. Its privacy policy explains its processing and safeguards. Details of any additional email-delivery provider will be included before launch updates are sent.
How long we keep it
The retention period is awaiting approval. It must be set before hosted signups can open.
Security request counters expire within 24 hours and are removed by cleanup. Technical service logs and recovery copies may have separate retention periods; we will confirm those arrangements before public collection opens.
Leave the list or make a request
A removal contact will be available before the hosted waitlist opens. Please do not enter a real address in the local preview.
Once email updates begin, each message must also include a working unsubscribe option. No mailing campaign is enabled by joining this form.
If you are in the UK, you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object, request portability or contact your local data-protection authority.
Browser storage
The landing page remembers which example image you last saw using local browser storage. This preference does not contain your email address and is not used for advertising. Hosting and security services may use information needed to protect the site.
